A special five-day training program for newly ordained pastors of the Independent Church of India is currently being conducted at Sielmat Bible College from April 15–19, 2026. The program is organized under the Ministries Department of the church.
The training aims to equip new pastors with essential theological knowledge and practical ministry skills. Three key subjects form the core of the sessions: Doctrines, Ministry Manual, and Christian Counselling. These areas are being thoroughly taught, discussed, and deliberated to strengthen the participants’ understanding and effectiveness in ministry.
The resource persons for the training include Rev. Lalrohlu, Rev. HB Hluothang, and Rev. Dr. James R. Ruolngul, who are leading the sessions and guiding the discussions.
The training is expected to play a vital role in preparing the newly ordained pastors for their responsibilities, fostering both doctrinal soundness and practical ministry competence.
